We need around 1-2 working days to make the clock. In case of custom order it may be more. Right after that the package is being sent to you.

How long does delivery take?

The shipping usually takes around 8-28 working days. Tracking number is provided via e-mail to you.

Can you get express delivery?

Our standard express shipping option is DHL Fedex UPS or something similar and the price is indicated on the check-out page. The express delivers your package within 4 working days. There is also EMS option available, which is a bit cheaper, but it takes 5-14 days for them to deliver your package. Please let us know if you need EMS via e-mail.

What happens if I haven't received my item or it came broken?

Please let us know about that and we will either issue you a refund or send new clock free of charge. Please attach pictures if possible.
